For the purposes of this Part, the following definitions shall apply: "Continuation Regulations" means the Companies Act (Continuation of Companies) Regulations;8"court" means the Civil Court, First Hall; "originator" has the same meaning assigned to it by the Securitisation Act;

"securitisation" has the same meaning assigned to it by the Securitisation Act; "securitisation asset" has the same meaning assigned to it by the Securitisation Act; "securitisation creditor" has the same meaning assigned to it by the Securitisation Act.
