S.L. 386.16 Art. 22Notification of commencement of business of a cell. Cap. 484.

(1) Without prejudice to article 18 of the Securitisation Act, a securitisation cell company shall not commence business in respect of any cell unless it has given notice on the appropriate form to the competent authority that it intends to enter into one or more securitisation transactions in respect of that cell.

(2) A securitisation cell company shall deliver to the Registrar of Companies for registration a copy of the resolution to create a new cell referred to in regulation 6(1), within fourteen days from the date of the said resolution.
