The property in the locality of }amrun, referred to in article 2 consists of site in Duke of Edinburgh Street, }amrun, as shown bordered in red on Plan P.D. 2007_729 attached to Lease Agreement for the Administration and Use of the site in Duke of Edinburgh Street, }amrun, by }amrun Local Council signed by the Assistant Director Land on behalf of the Government of Malta and the Mayor and the Executive Secretary of }amrun Local Council on the 13th February, 2008.
