The property in the locality of Msida, referred to in article 2 consists of site at Misra] tal-Menqa, Msida, as shown bordered in red on Plan P.D. 2006_835 attached to Lease Agreement for the Administration and Use of site at Misra] tal-Menqa, Msida, by Msida Local Council signed by the Assistant Director Land on behalf of the Government of Malta and the Mayor and the Executive Secretary of the Msida Local Council on the 31st January, 2008.
