The property in the locality of Floriana referred to in article 2 consists of ~entru Rikreattiv Re {or[ and underlying rooms shown bordered in red on plans P.D. 2006_830 and P.D. 2006_830_1 attached to Lease Agreement ~entru Rikreattiv Re {or[; and underlying rooms at Floriana, by Floriana Local Council, signed by the Director Land on behalf of the Government of Malta and the Mayor and the Executive Secretary of Floriana Local Council on the 21st February, 2008.
