S.L. 261.37 Art. 4

With effect from the 4th July, 2014:

(1) The right of use of a driveway underlying Clock Tower Block T1, Sliema. This driveway is bounded on all sides by property of MIDI plc. and forms part of a larger driveway which gives vehicular access to the basement underlying the entire Tigne Point project. The right of use to be transferred is not to be exclusive and the Government and MIDI plc are retaining the right to use the driveway. The driveway is edged in red on the attached plan P.D. 194_2004_13. (HAA 27/ 2008).
