(48) A block, known as Block J consisting of six flats, of which three are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred through another legal notice, and including passages leading to the block and surrounding gardens in the “Ta’ Ganza” Government Housing Estate, Zejtun. This block is bounded on the North-West, on the North-East and on the South-West by Government property. Flats numbered 1, 3 and 5 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 73685, 73601 and 73603 respectively. This block is bounded on the North-West and South-East by a passage and on the North-West by an open space. Flats numbered 1 to 3 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers Z60559 to Z60561 and flats numbered 6 to 8 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers Z60564 to Z60566. This block falls on Government property formerly registered as part of Tenements Z50286 and 80040 and is shown edged in red and marked “Block IB” on plan P.D. 2013_703. (HAA 72/2013).

(50) A block, known as Block K, Entrance A consisting of eight flats, of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred through another legal notice in Taċ-Ċawla Housing Estate, Rabat, Gozo. This block is bounded on the North-East and South-East by a public open space and on the South-West by property transferred to the Housing Authority. Flats numbered 1 and 2 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers Z60567 to Z60568 and flats numbered 4 to 8 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers Z60570 to Z60574. This block falls on Government property formerly registered as part of Tenements Z50286 and 80040 and is shown edged in red and marked “Block K” on plan P.D. 2011_855_1. (HAA 63/2013).
