S.L. 261.37 Art. 5

With effect from the 2nd October, 2014:

(1) A block, known as Block C, consisting of nine flats that are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 69183 to 69191 and excluding the subsoil at Tal-Ħawli in Wesgħa Mattia Preti, Birgu. This block is bounded on the North-East by Triq San Dwardu, on the North-West by Wesgħa Mattia Preti and on the South-West by Triq il-Kottonera and falls on Government property formerly part of Tenement No. 51054. The whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block C” on plan P.D. 2013_666. (HAA 201/ 2012).

(2) A block, known as Block F, consisting of eighteen flats of which two are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, and six garden sites at Tal-Ħawli in Triq Peppi Vella, Birgu. This block is bounded on the South-East by Triq Peppi Vella, on the North-West by an open space and on the South-West by Triq il-Qalb ta’ Ġesu. Flats numbered 1 to 5, Entrance A are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 72686 to 72690, flats numbered 2 to 6, Entrance B are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 72693 to 72697, flats numbered 1 to 6, Entrance C are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 72698 to 72703 and sites A to F are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 52683 to 52688. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 185/80 dated 19th November 1980 and by Deed No. 187/78G dated 9th August 1978, both in the acts of Notary A. Grech and the whole block is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 2013_667. (HAA 99/2013, HAA 81/2011, HAA 158/2011).

(3) The administration of six flats and four dwellings in Block 7 in Triq iċ-Ċentinarju tal-Parroċċa, Triq de Opertis, Triq il-Palazz l-Antik tal-Gvernatur and Triq ta’ Lhud, Birgu. This block is bounded on the North-East by Triq il-Palazz l-Antik tal-Gvernatur, on the South-West by Triq iċ-Ċentinarju tal-Parroċċa and on the North-West by Triq de Opertis. This block consists of three flats numbered 1 to 3 accessible from a common entrance in Triq ta’ Lhud registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62823 to 62825, two dwellings accessible from separate entrances in Triq iċ-Ċentinarju tal-Parroċċa registered with the Government as flats numbered 4 and 5 bearing Tenement numbers 62826 and 62827, three flats numbered 6 to 8 accessible from a common entrance in Triq de Opertis registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62828 to 62830 and two dwellings accessible from separate entrances in Triq il-Palazz Antik tal-Gvernatur registered with the Government as flats numbered 9 and 10 bearing Tenement numbers 62831 and 62832. The land where this block is located is in the course of acquisition by the Government and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block 7” on plan P.D. 2013_670. (4) The administration of six flats and four dwellings in Block 8 in Triq iċ-Ċentinarju tal-Parroċċa, Triq de Operatis, Triq il-Palazz l-Antik tal-Gvernatur and Triq il-Madonna ta’ Monserrat, Birgu. This block is bounded on the North-East by Triq il-Palazz l-Antik tal-Gvernatur, on the South-West by Triq iċ-Ċentinarju tal-Parroċċa and on the North-West by Triq il-Madonna ta’ Monserrat. This block consists of three flats numbered 1 to 3 accessible from a common entrance in Triq de Operatis registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62833 to 62835, two dwellings accessible from separate entrances in Triq iċ-Ċentinarju tal-Parroċċa registered with the Government as flats numbered 4 and 5 bearing Tenement numbers 62836 and 62837, three flats numbered 6 to 8 accessible from a common entrance in Triq il-Madonna ta’ Monserrat registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62838 to 62840 and two dwellings accessible from separate entrances in Triq il-Palazz l-Antik tal-Gvernatur registered with the Government as flats numbered 9 and 10 bearing Tenement numbers 62841 and 62842. The land where this block is located is in the course of acquisition by the Government and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block 8” on plan P.D. 2013_751. (5) A block, known as Block 11 consisting of eight flats registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 62363 to 62370 and excluding the subsoil, forming part of the Hubbard Flats, Government Housing Estate in Triq Alessandra, Bormla. This block is bounded on the North-West by Triq Rikkardu Taylor and on the South-West and on the North-East by a public passage. The land where this block is located was acquired by the Government from the War Department by Deed dated 21st March 1931 and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block 11” on plan P.D. 2013_712. (HAA 21/2013).

(6) A block, known as Block A5 consisting of six flats registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 72821 to 72826 in Triq Mahatma Gandhi, Fgura and is bounded on the South-West and on the South-East by public roads and on the North-East by Triq Mahatma Gandhi. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 73/93 dated 3rd March 1993 in the acts of Notary V. Miceli and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block A5” on plan P.D. 2013_695. (HAA 128/2013).

(7) A block, consisting of fourteen flats of which five flats are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred by a previous legal notice, in Triq Antonio u Maria Cumbo and Triq l-14 ta’ Diċembru 1945, Fgura. This block is bounded on the West by Triq il-Karmnu, on the North by Triq Antonio u Maria Cumbo and on the South by Triq l-14 ta’ Diċembru
