S.L. 261.21 Art. 9

With effect from the 6th May, 1998:

(1) The following land forming part of Ta’ Xlejli Government Housing Estate, in Triq Xlejli, Gudja, as hereunder indicated:

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 1109.18 square metres, bounded on the North and West by Government property, and on the East by Triq Xlejli, which is edged red and marked "B" on L.D. 23/86/3; and

(b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 711.5 square metres, bounded on the South by Triq L-G]elejjel, and on the East and West by Government property, which is edged red and marked "C" on L.D. 23/86/3. (HAM 159/81).

(2) A plot of land having an area of approximately 193.52 square metres known as Plot No. 34, Triq il-{ojjini, forming part of the Government Housing Estate at Ker`em, Gozo, bounded on the North by Triq il-{ojjin, on the South by property of Nicholas Formosa, and on the East by property of Girgor Formosa, on which are currently built premises bearing number 34, Triq il-{ojjin, Ker`em, Gozo, and which is edged red and marked P. 34 on L.D. 28/98/1. (3) A plot of land having an area of approximately 195.49 square metres known as Plot No. 20, Triq Forn il-{ir, forming part of the Government Housing Estate in Triq il-Kapu``ini, Victoria (Rabat), Gozo, bounded on the North-West by property of Louis Dimech, on the North-East by property of Leone Sciortino, and on the South-West by Triq Forn il-{ir, on which are currently built premises bearing number 20, known as "St Anna", Triq Forn il-{ir, Victoria (Rabat), Gozo, and which is edged red and marked P. 20 on L.D. 138/91/2. (4) A plot of land having an area of approximately 191.01 square metres known as Plot No. 9, Triq i`-~ag]aq corner with Triq il-Lampuki, forming part of the Government Housing Estate Ta’ Erba’ Mwie\eb, St. Paul’s Bay, bounded on the North-West by Triq i`-~ag]aq, on the South-West by Triq il-Lampuki, and on the South-East by property of Francis Farrugia, on which are currently built premises bearing number 9, known as "Joanne Ville", Triq i`-~ag]aq corner with Triq il-Lampuki, St. Paul’s Bay, and which is edged red and marked P. 9 on L.D. 84/87/2. (5) A plot of land having an area of approximately 149.10 square metres known as Plot No. 6 of Vjal l-Oleandri, forming part of the Government Housing Estate, Neighbourhood I, Santa Lucia, bounded on the North-East by Vjal l-Oleandri, on the South-East by property of Walter Camilleri et, and on the South-West by property of Joseph Xuereb, on which are currently built premises bearing number 13, Vjal l-Oleandri, Santa Lucia, and which is edged red and marked P. 6 on L.D. 11/82/72. (HAP 8/97).

(6) The following land forming part of the Government {wann, Housing Estate, Neighbourhood I, San as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 72453 square metres known as Plot No. 73, Vjal ir-Ri]an, bounded on the North-East by Vjal ir-Ri]an, on the South by Government property, and on the South-East by property of Charles Gatt, on which are currently built premises bearing number 73, known as "Charldoran", Vjal {wann, ir-Ri]an, San and which is edged red and marked P. 73 pn L.D. 135/81/48. (b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 724.53 square metres known as Plot No. 74, Vjal ir-Ri]an, bounded on the North by Vjal ir-Ri]an, on the South by public passage, and on the North-East by Triq il-{ibjun, on which are currently built premises bearing number 74, known{wann,as "Villa Acushla", Vjal ir-Ri]an, San and which is edged red and marked P. 74 on L.D. 135/81/48. (7) The following land forming part of Tal-}amrija Government Housing Estate, Xewkija, Gozo, as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 175.64 square metres known as Plot No. 4, Block I, Vjal il-Labour, bounded on the North-East by Vjal il-Labour, on the South-East by property of Salvatore Vella, and on the North-West by property of C. Attard, on which are currently built premises bearing number 4, Vjal il-Labour, Xewkija, Gozo, and which is edged red and marked No. 4 on L.D. 19/97. (HAP 598/96).

(b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 214.9 square metres known as Plot No. 19, Block I, Triq Tal-}amrija corner with Triq il-{i\i, bounded on the North-East by property of Joseph Grima, on the South-West by Triq Tal-}amrija, and on the North-West by Triq il-{i\i, on the which are currently built premises bearing number 19, Triq Tal-}amrija corner with Triq il-{i\i, Xewkija, Gozo, and which is edged red and marked No. 19, on L.D. 19/97. (c) A plot of land having an area of approximately 163.04 square metres known as Plot No. 32, Block II, Triq in-Nar`is, bounded on the South-East by Triq in-Nar`is, on the South-West by property of J. Grima, and on the North-West by property of Maria Giovanna Xuereb, on which are currently built premises bearing number 32, Triq in-Nar`is, Xewkija, Gozo, and which is edged red and marked No. 32 on L.D. 19/97. (d) A plot of land having an area of approximately 163.04 square metres known as Plot No. 33, Block II, Triq in-Nar`is, bounded on the North-East by by property of Mario Spiteri, on the South-West by property of Joseph Pace, and on the South-East by Triq in-Nar`is, on which are currently built premises bearing number 33, Triq in-Nar`is, Xewkija, Gozo, and which is edged red and marked No. 33 on L.D. 19/97. (8) The following land forming part of Ta’ Mliet Government Housing Estate, Mosta, as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 237.12 square metres known as Plot No. 184, Triq it-Trin`etta, bounded on the North-East by by property of Emanuel and Mary Facciol, on the South-West by property of Michael Bugeja, and on the South-East by Triq it-Trin`etta, on which are currently built premises bearing number 184, known as "Xemxija", Triq it-Trin`etta, Mosta, and which is edged red and marked P. 184 on L.D. 203/80/15. (HAP 685/ 96).

(b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 263.68 square metres known as Plot No. 186, Triq it-Trin`etta, bounded on the North-East by by property of Mario Galea, on the South-West by property of Emanuel and Mary Facciol, and on the South-East by Triq it-Trin`etta, on which are currently built premises bearing number 186, known as "Villa Ri]ana", Triq it-Trin`etta, Mosta, and which is edged red and marked P. 186 on L.D. 203/80/15. (c) A plot of land having an area of approximately 286.65 square metres known as Plot No. 187, Triq it-Trin`etta, bounded on the North-East by by property of Andrew Psaila, on the South-West by property of George Borg, and on the South-East by Triq it-Trin`etta, on which are currently built premises bearing number 187, known as "Villa Rene", Triq it-Trin`etta, Mosta, and which is edged red and marked P. 187 on L.D. 203/80/15. (d) A plot of land having an area of approximately 340.93 square metres known as Plot No. 188, Triq it-Trin`etta, bounded on the North-East by property of Alfred Sciberras, on the South-West by property of Mario Galea, and on the South-East by Triq it-Trin`etta, on which are currently built premises bearing number 188, known as "Les Roses", Triq it-Trin`etta, Mosta, and which is edged red and marked P. 188 on L.D. 203/80/15. (9) The following land forming part of the Villa Rosa Government Housing Estate, Swieqi, as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 403.98 square metres known as Plot No. 2 and an additional site of approximately 96.7 square metres known as Site A, in Triq il-Liebru, both being bounded on the North-West by Government property, on the South-East by Triq il-Liebru, and on the South-West by property of Alfred Borg, on which are currently built premises bearing number 2, known as "Cosyra", Triq il-Liebru, Swieqi, and which are edged red and marked P. 2 and "A" on L.D. 58/82/11. (b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 458.4 square metres known as Plot No. 4 and an additional site of approximately 125 square metres known as Site B, in Triq il-Liebru, both being bounded on the North by Government property, on the South by Triq il-Liebru, and on the East by property of Salvatore Borg, on which are currently built premises bearing number 4, known as "Villa Charlotte", Triq il-Liebru, Swieqi, and which are edged red and marked P. 4 and "B" on L.D. 58/82/11. (c) A plot of land having an area of approximately 458.4 square metres known as Plot No. 5 and an additional site of approximately 117 square metres known as Site C, in Triq il-Liebru, both being bounded on the North by Government property, on the South by Triq il-Liebru, and on the East by property of Maria Romana Dal Pane in Ciarlo, on which are currently built premises bearing number 5, known as "Camelia", Triq il-Liebru, Swieqi, and which are edged red and marked P. 5 and "C" on L.D. 58/82/11.
