S.L. 261.21 Art. 10

With effect from the 10th June, 1998:

(1) The following land forming part of Ta’ Erba’ Mwie\eb Government Housing Estate, St Paul’s Bay, as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 168.18 square metres known as Plot No; 41, Triq i\-|ernieq, bounded on the North-West by Triq i\-|ernieq, on the South-West by property of Joseph Borg, and on the North-East by property of Saviour Gauci, on which are currency built premises bearing number 41, known as "Vinciana", Triq i\-|ernieq, St Paul’s Bay, and which is edged red and marked P. 41 on L.D. 84/ 87/3. (b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 172.13 square metres known as Plot No. 32, Triq i\-|ernieq, bounded on the North-West by Triq i\-|ernieq, on the South-West by property of Joseph Agius, and on the North-East by property of Anthony Tabone, on which are currently built premises bearing number 32, known as "Ma Cherie", Triq i\-|ernieq, St Paul’s Bay, and which is edged red and marked P. 32 on L.D. 84/ 87/3. (c) A plot of land having an area of approximately 172.13 square metres known as Plot No. 38, Triq i\-|ernieq, bounded on the North-West by Triq i\-|ernieq, on the South-West by property of Paul Micallef, and on the North-East by property of Carmelo Cutajar, on which are currently built premises bearing number 38, Triq i\-|ernieq, St Paul’s Bay, and which is edged red and marked P. 38 on L.D. 84/87/3. (2) A plot of land having an area of approximately 150.79 square metres known as Plot No. 47, Triq Mikiel Ciantar, Housing Estate, Qrendi, bounded on the North-East by property of Emanuel Bugeja, on the South-West by property of Joseph Azzopardi, and on the South-East by Triq Mikiel Ciantar, on which are currently built premises bearing number 47, Triq Mikiel Ciantar, St Paul’s Bay, and which is edged red and marked P. 47 on L.D. 92/83/11. (3) A plot of land having an area of approximately 380.8 square metres formerly known as Plot No. 7, Triq Il-Liebru, Villa Rosa Housing Estate, Swieqi, now divided into two plots known as Plot No. 7A and as Plot No. 7B, of approximately 190.4 square metres, as follows:

(a) Plot 7A is bounded on the North-West by Triq il-Liebru, on the South-West by property of Walter Bonnici, and on the North-East by property of Anna Borda, on which are currently built premises bearing number 7A, known as "Interlaken", Triq il-Liebru, Swieqi, and which is edged red and marked P. 7A on L.D. 58/82/ 10; and
