(11) The following land forming part of the Government Housing Estate in Triq il-Kapu``ini, Victoria (Rabat), Gozo as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 195.49 square metres known as Plot No. 35, Triq Mattia Preti bounded on the North by property of Henry Magrin, on the South by property of Vincent Theuma Xerri, and on the East by Triq Mattia Preti, on which are currently built premises bearing number 35, known as "Qalb ta' {esu", Triq Mattia Preti, Victoria (Rabat), Gozo, and which is edged in red and marked P. 35 on L.D. 138/91/2. (b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 195.49 square metres known as Plot No. 6, Triq Forn il-{ir, bounded on the North by property of John Xerri, on the South by property of Joseph Farrugia, and on the East by Triq Forn il-{ir, on which are currently built premises bearing number 6, known as "Sixty", Triq Forn il-{ir, Victoria (Rabat), Gozo, and which is edged in red and marked P.6 on L.D. 138/91/2. (12) The following land forming part of the Government |abbar, Housing Estate at as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 168.61 square metres known as Plot No. 138, Triq il-Ward, bounded on the North by property of John Borg, on the South by property of George Gatt, and on the West by Triq il-Ward, on which are currently built premises bearing |abbar, number 138, Triq il-Ward, and which is edged red and marked P. 138 on L.D. 37/81/36. (HAP 449/96).

(b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 168.61 square metres known as Plot No. 139, Triq il-Ward bounded on the North partly by Government property and the other part by property of Carmelo Gatt, on the South by property of Richard Aquilina, and on the West by Triq il-Ward, on which are currently built |abbar,premises bearing number 139, Triq il-Ward, and which is edged red and marked P. 139 on L.D. 37/81/36. (HAP 445/96).

(c) A plot of land having an area of approximately 168.61 square metres known as Plot No. 142, Triq il-Ward bounded on the North by property of Horace Azzopardi, on the South by property of Rais Garifouline, and on the West by Triq il-Ward, on which are currently built premises |abbar, bearing number 142, Triq il-Ward, and which is edged red and marked P. 142 on LD. 37/81/36. (13) The following land forming part of the Ta’ Ganza |ejtun, Government Housing Estate, as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 172.17 square metres known as Plot No. 19, Triq il-Marrubja, bounded on the North-West by Government property/Triq il-Marrubja, on the South-West by Government property/Triq Xe]t il-Forom, and on the North-East by property of Carmel Mercieca, on which are currently built premises bearing number 19, known as "Maple |ejtun, Leaf", Triq il-Marrubja, and which is edged red and marked P. 19 on L.D. 7/80/83. (b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 130.89 square metres known as Plot No. 46, Triq il-{iebja Rumana, bounded on the North by property of John Fenech, on the South by property of Mario Borg, and on the West by Government property and Triq il-{iebja Rumana, on which are currently built premises bearing number 46, Triq il-Giebja Rumana, |ejtun, and which is edged red and marked P. 46 on L.D. 7/80/84. (c) A plot of land having an area of approximately 119.74 square metres known as Plot No. 37, Triq il-}obbej\a, bounded on the North by property of Joseph Galea et, on the South by property of Paul Sammut, and on the East by Triq il-}obbej\a, on which are currently built premises bearing number 37, Triq il-}obbej\a, |ejtun, and which is edged red and marked P. 37 on L.D. 7/80/84. (15) Two blocks of 16 maisonettes and 16 garages at Ta\-|onqor Government Housing Estate, Marsascala, situated as follows:

(a) One block consists of 10 maisonettes, all accessible from a separate external door unofficially numbered 21 to 30 in Triq is-Salvja. The said block includes 10 garages which underly part the above maisonettes and are all accessible from a separate external door unoffcially numbered 21 to 30. They also include a front and back garden. The whole block of maisonettes and garages is bounded on the East by Triq il-}abaq, on the West by Triq is-Salvja/open space, and on the South by Triq il-Blajjiet.

(b) The other block consists of 6 maisonettes all accessible from a separate external door unofficially numbered 31 to 36 in Triq is-Salvja. The said block includes 6 garages which underly in part the above maisonettes and are all accessible from a separate external door unofficially numbered 31 to 36. Both maisonettes and garages include a front garden. The whole block of maisonettes and garages is bounded on the North-East by a road, on the South-West by Triq is-Salvja, and on the South-East by public open space. The maisonettes and garages are shown edged red on L.D. 37/89/3. (HAM 14/93).

(16) The following land forming part of the Santa Lucia, Neighbourhood I, Government Housing Estate, Santa Lucia, as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 269.61 square metres known as Plots Nos. 1 and 2, Trejqet i\-|ahar, bounded on the North-West by Trejqet i\-|ahar, on the South-East by property of Joseph Xuereb, and on the South-West by Government property, on which are currently built premises bearing number 7/9, Trejqet i\-|ahar, Santa Lucia, and which is edged red and marked P. 1 and P. 2 on L.D.11/ 82/72. (b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 290.99 square metres known as Plots No. 102, Dawret it-Torri, corner with Vjal l-Oleandri, bounded on the South by Dawret it-Torri, on the East by Vjal l-Oleandri, and on the West by property of Lorenzo (Renzo) Fsadni Cassano, on which are currently built premises bearing number 85, Dawret it-Torri corner with Vjal l-Oleandri, Santa Lucia, and which is edged red and marked P. 102 on L.D. 11/82/72.
