S.L. 261.21 Art. 11

With effect from the 1st August, 1998:

(1) A plot of land having an area of approximately 228 square metres forming part of the Santa Lucia, Phase IV, Government Housing Estate, limits of Santa Lucia, bounded on the North by Triq il-Fortizza, on the South by Triq Katerina Vitale, and on the West by Triq l-Istefanotis, which is edged red on L.D. 11/82/84. (Plot 103 - H.A.M. 178/82).

(2) A plot of land having an area of approximately 163.48 {u\è square metres known as Plot No. 69, Triq Ellul Mercer, forming part of the Government Housing {u\è Estate at Dingli, bounded on the North by Triq Ellul Mercer, on the East by property of Hubert Baldacchino et, and on the West by property of Gerald Borg, on which are currently built premises bearing {u\è number 69, Triq Ellul Mercer, Dingli, and which is edged red and marked P. 69 on L.D. 36/82/7. (HAP 3/98).

(3) A plot of land having an area of approximately 252.9 square metres known as Plot No. 1, now Nos. 36 and 37, Triq il-Belt Valletta, forming part of the Government Housing Estate known as Land Ta’ L-Isqof, Kirkop, bounded on the North-East by Government property, on the South-East partly by property of Andrew Brincat and the other part by property of William Axiaq, and on the South-West by Triq il-Belt Valletta, on which are currently built two premises bearing numbers 36 and 37, Triq il-Belt Valletta, Kirkop, and which is edged red and marked PL. 1 on L.D. 24/97/3. (HAP 1/97).

(4) The following land forming part of Ta’ Pennellu Government Housing Estate, Mellie]a, as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 164.05 square metres known as Plot No. 14, Triq Napuljun Caruana Dingli, bounded on the North by property of Emanuel Grima, on the South by property of Carmelo Buttigieg, and on the West by Triq Napuljun Caruana Dingli, on which are currently built premises bearing number 14, known as "Saniklaw", Triq Napuljun Caruana Dingli, Mellie]a, and which is edged red and marked P. 14 on L.D. 383/91/5. (b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 166.86 square metres known as Plot No. 20, Triq il-Mit]na l-{dida, bounded on the North-West by property of Anthony Vella, on the South-East by property of Edwin Vella, and on the North-East by Triq il-Mit]na l-{dida, on which are currently built premises bearing number 20, Triq il-Mit]na l-{dida, Mellie]a, and which is edged red and marked P. 20 on L.D. 383/91/
