(a) A Block known as Block "A" consisting of 14 flats and 18 underlying garages at the Swatar Housing Estate, Msida. The said flats and garages are accessible as follows: Seven flats are accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 7 at a common entrance marked 1A at level 1. The other seven flats are accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 7 at a common entrance marked 2A at level 1. These flats are also accessible from the common area in Block "B" (at level 3) leading to a bridge which links Block "B" with Block "A". The garages which are unofficially numbered A1 to A12 are all accessible externally from a road at level 1, while the garages which are unofficially numbered A13 to A18 are all accessible from two common entrances, either from a ramp near Block "B" which leads to a common area at level 2 under Block "B" and "A", or from another entrance in Block "A" leading to the same common area. Each garage has a separate door unofficially numbered A13 to A18. Boundaries also include gardens, open spaces, common areas, ramps and a bridge adjacent to the said Block. The whole Block is bounded on the East by Triq il-Balliju Guttenburg, on the South by public open space, and on the West by public road. The above described Block of flats and garages has been erected on Government property acquired in virtue of the Building Development Areas Act (Cap. 303). The said Block of flats and garages are shown edged red on L.D. 19/91/4.

(b) A block known as Block "B" consisting of 14 flats and 13 underlying garages at the Swatar Housing Estate, Msida. The said flats and garages are accessible as follows: Seven flats are accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 7 at a common entrance marked 1B at level 1. These flats are also accessible from the common area at level 3 in the same Block, while the other seven flats are accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 7 at a common entrance marked 2B at level 1. The garages which are numbered B1 to B8 are all accessible externally having a separate entrance from a road at level 1, while the garages which are unofficially numbered B9 and B13 are all accessible from two common entrances, either from a ramp near Block "B" which leads to a common area at level 2 under Block "B" and "A", or from another entrance in Block "A" leading to the same common area. Each garage has a separate door unofficially numbered B9 to B13. Boundaries also include gardens, open spaces, common areas, ramps and a bridge adjacent to the said Block. The whole Block is bounded on the East by Triq il-Balliju Guttenburg, on the South by public open space, and on the West by public road. The above described Block of flats and garages has been erected on Government property acquired in force of the Building Development Areas Act (Cap. 303).
