S.L. 254.16 Art. 3Premises listed in First and Second Schedules.

(1) The premises listed in the First Schedule are premises which were, on the 1st May, 1998 held by Government under title of lease, and are still held under title of lease by Government, and used as a Post Office.

(2) The premises in the Second Schedule are premises st owned by Government and which on the 1 May, 1998 were used as a Post Office.
