In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires:

"the Act" means the Postal Services Act;

"company" means the company called "MaltaPost p.l.c." which holds a licence under article 7 of the Act to provide the postal services under the Postal Services (Designation of

Universal Service Providers) Order and the MaltaPost p.l.c

Licence (Modification) Regulations (revoked).
