S.L. 254.16 Art. 4Validity of transfer of leases.

(1) The title of lease of the premises listed in the First st Schedule which has been vested in the company as from the 1 May, st 1998, shall remain so vested in the company until the 31 May, 2020 or for such time as the said company holds a licence to provide the postal services mentioned in article 8 (1) of the Act, whichever is the shorter.

(2) The transfer of the titles of lease referred to in sub-article st

(1) may be extended for further periods up to the 31 May, 2028.
