Cap. 36 Art. 63Private immunisation.

Notwithstanding the provisions of article 57, the parent or other person having the custody of any child may take or cause to be taken such child to be immunised by a private medical practitioner, and if any such practitioner shall undertake the immunisation, he shall be liable to perform all the duties in connection with such immunisation as are required by this Ordinance to be performed by the officer in charge of the centre, and shall within one month from the day of such immunisation, give notice in writing thereof to the Superintendent.
