Cap. 36 Art. 57Child immunisation.

It shall be the duty of the parent or other person having the custody of any child who has attained the age of three months and who has not already been completely protected in accordance with the provisions of this article to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, to take or to cause such child to be taken to any of the centres referred to in article 56 for the purpose of immunising such child against diphtheria, tetanus and poliomyelitis or against any disease as the Minister may prescribe until such time as full and continued protection of the child against these diseases is ensured.
