The senior Police officer of any district shall, within seven days after the day on which notice of the birth of any child is given as provided in article 272 of the Civil Code, give notice on the prescribed form to the parent or to the person having the custody of such child, requiring such child to be immunised in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance.
