Cap. 174 Art. 43Provisions for ensuring safe custody.

In order to ensure the safe custody of all securities, the following provisions shall apply:

(a) all securities in Malta shall be held under two or more keys by the persons vested with their custody, or deposited by them in the bank, and such of the securities as are kept abroad shall be held in the custody of such person or persons as may be appointed from time to time by the Minister; be kept and used solely for the purposes of that fund or account.
