Cap. 174 Art. 44Manner in which securities may be sold, converted or exchanged.

In order to facilitate the sale, conversion, exchange or other disposition of such securities, as occasion requires, the persons vested with the custody thereof shall, at the written request of the Minister or of any other officer duly authorised by him in writing in that behalf, part with the possession of the securities and sign without delay such documents as may be necessary for the sale, conversion, exchange or other disposition thereof. The request shall specify the purpose for which the securities named therein are required.
