L'échange de notes franco-suisse portant avenant à l'échange de notes du 28 février 1963 relatif à la création d'un bureau à contrôles nationaux juxtaposés à Ferney-Voltaire, fait à Paris les 7 mai et 21 juillet 1986, sera publié au Journal officiel de la République française.
