Passenger transport vehicles (categories M2 and M3 and their trailers in categories O3 and O4) registered in another State and circulating temporarily in Malta as part of an international journey or on cabotage operations shall comply with the limit values established in the First Schedule and with any other restrictions on maximum authorized dimensions and, or weights of vehicles in specified areas or on specified roads.
