S.L. 602.1 ст. 21Absence of parent or advocate.

Without prejudice to regulation 13, the investigative interview shall not be postponed if the parent or parents or legal guardian or their advocate is not present on the date of the interview given that they would have been given sufficient notice in advance of such date of at least a week, and the minor is already at the Children’s House or on his way there unless it is ascertained that no harm and, or confusion shall result to the minor taking into consideration the age and maturity of the referred minor.
