S.L. 545.12 ст. 11Designation of storage and LNG system operators.

The Regulator shall designate, or shall require natural gas undertakings which own storage or LNG facilities to designate, for a period of time to be determined by the Regulator, having regard to considerations of efficiency and economic balance, one or more storage and LNG system operators.
