Within such time and following such consultation as the Regulator may establish, the Regulator may direct any distribution system operator to prepare and publish a network code, subject to the approval of the Regulator, establishing the basic technical design and operational requirements for the connection to the distribution system of LNG facilities, storage facilities, distribution systems, and direct lines, which are developed and made public. The network code shall be objective and non-discriminatory. The network code shall be notified in accordance with the Notification

Procedure Regulations.
