Cap. 331 ст. 28Remuneration and expenses of trustees.

(1) Unless authorised by the terms of the trust, or by the consent in writing of all the beneficiaries or by any order of the court, a trustee shall not be entitled to remuneration for services rendered.

(2) A trustee may reimburse himself or pay out of the trust all expenses properly incurred by him in connection with the trust.
