Cap. 331 ст. 27Appointment or assignment of trust property.

Where the terms of the trust confer on the trustee or on any other person power to appoint or assign all or any part of the trust property or any interest in the trust property to, or to trustees for the benefit of, any person, such power shall, subject to the terms of the trust, have effect whether or not such person was a beneficiary of the trust immediately prior to such appointment or assignment.
