It shall be an offence against the provisions of this Act-

(a) for any person to give any false information for the purposes of this Act with a view to having his name entered or retained in the register;

(b) for any person to include, or to cause or knowingly to allow to be included, in the register or records to be kept in accordance with the provisions of article 20 any particular which he knows to be false in a material respect, or to produce or to furnish, or to cause or knowingly to allow to be produced or furnished, for purposes connected with this Act, any register, record which the provisions of this Act shall apply to part-time employment.
