Cap. 621 Art. 61Non-compliance with an Investigation Order.

Any person who, having been ordered to produce or grant access to any material in accordance with an Investigation Order shall, without lawful excuse, the proof of which shall lie on him, wilfully fails or refuses to comply with the Investigation Order or who shall wilfully hinder or obstruct any search for such material, shall be guilty of an offence against this article and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (multa) not exceeding twelve thousand euro (€12,000) or to imprisonment not exceeding twelve (12) months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
