In proceedings related to the provisions of this Act the

Court shall be entitled to order the party at whose request measures were taken under this Act and who is found to have abused enforcement procedures to provide to a party wrongfully enjoined or restrained adequate compensation for the injury suffered due to such abuse. Such compensation may also include compensation for legal and judicial costs and fees incurred.
