(1) If it appears to the competent authority that a person who holds or who held a licence, or any other person, has contravened any of the provisions of this Act or of any regulations made under this Act or has contravened or failed to comply with any condition, obligation, requirement, Investment Services Rules,

Conduct of Business Rules, directive, or order made or given under any of the provisions of this Act, the competent authority may publish a statement to that effect.

(2) Nothing in this article shall restrict or otherwise prejudice the powers of the competent authority under article 15(4).
