Cap. 345 Art. 51Executive title.

(1) An order for the payment of expenses of and incidental to, an investigation under article 33(5) shall constitute an executive title within the meaning and for the purposes of Title VII of Part I

of Book Second of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure.

(2) If all or any of the amount payable under an order under article 33(5) is outstanding at the end of the specified period, the Competent Authority may proceed to enforce payment after two days from the service on the debtor of an intimation for payment made by means of a judicial act.
