The competent authority may refuse to act on a request for co-operation in carrying out supervisory functions, on-site verifications or investigations in terms of article 37A or to exchange information with European regulatory authorities designated as contact points under Article 79(1) of MiFID, in the circumstances laid down in article 17B of the Investment Services
