The right of redemption as provided for in article 912 shall not apply when the transfer of the undivided share of an inheritance shall consist of a settlement of such right under trusts, the beneficiaries of which are the settlor himself, his heirs or the other heirs of the estate or a distribution or reversion thereof to such persons.
