Cap. 16 Art. 954Partition may be made by will or by an instrument inter vivos.

(1) Any such partition may be made by an instrument inter vivos or by a will, with the formalities, and under the conditions and rules prescribed for donations and wills.

(2) Where such partition is made by an instrument inter vivos, it may only include present property.
