Cap. 16 Art. 950Warranty in regard to debts.

(1) The heirs are respectively warrantors towards each other in regard to the solvency of the debtors of the inheritance.

(2) Such warranty shall only be operative during the time required for the necessary proceedings for the recovery of the debt.
