Cap. 16 Art. 947Co-heirs are mutually warrantors in respect of molestations and evictions.

(1) The co-heirs are respectively warrantors towards each other against molestations and evictions but only if such molestations and evictions result from a cause existing previously to the partition.

(2) Such warranty ceases, if the co-heir suffers eviction through his own fault.
