Cap. 16 Art. 930Legatees or creditors cannot demand collation.

(1) Collation is only due by a descendant, being a co-heir, to his co-heir as provided in article 913.

(2) Saving the provision of article 938, collation is not due to any legatee or creditor of the estate, unless the donor shall have otherwise directed.
