Cap. 16 Art. 918Donations to descendant of heir are exempt from collation.

(1) Any donations made to the descendant of a person entitled to succeed at the time of the opening of the succession shall in all cases be deemed to be made without the obligation of collation.

(2) The ascendant, on succeeding to the donor, shall not be bound to collate such donations.
