Cap. 16 Art. 894When heir entitled to reserved portion neglects to make up inventory.

Where the heir to whom the reserved portion would be due, neglects to make up the inventory, he shall forfeit the right to cause the donations or legacies made in favour of any person, other than a co-heir, to be reduced.
