Cap. 16 Art. 876Annulment of vows brings about the annulment of the renunciation.
Sub-title III
(1) The annulment of the religious vows shall also bring about the annulment of the renunciation.
(2) Nevertheless, any alienation of the property renounced which may have been made before the annulment of the vows, shall remain effectual, saving the right of the person renouncing to claim an indemnity from such other persons as may be liable, according to law. OF THE BENEFIT OF INVENTORY
