Cap. 16 Art. 857Rights of such heirs.
Sub-title III
The heirs who have accepted the inheritance of the person from whom the right referred to in the last preceding article is derived, may nevertheless renounce the inheritance devolved upon, but not yet accepted by such person: Provided that the renunciation of the inheritance of the said person shall also operate as a renunciation of the inheritance devolved upon him.
