Cap. 16 Art. 854When renunciation of one co-heir in favour of other co- heirs does not imply acceptance of inheritance.
Sub-title III
Where the renunciation is made gratuitously by one of the co-heirs in favour of all those co-heirs, whether testamentary or heirs-at-law, upon whom, on failure of the party renouncing, his portion of the inheritance would have devolved, it shall not imply acceptance of the inheritance.
