Cap. 16 Art. 838Where person claiming rights over property of inheritance, has taken possession thereof.
Sub-title III
Where any person claiming rights over the property of the inheritance has taken possession thereof, the heirs in whom possession vests by law shall be deemed to have been dispossessed and may exercise all the actions competent to a legitimate de facto, possessor.
