Cap. 16 Art. 751Substitutio vulgaris.
Sub-title I
(1) It shall be lawful for the testator to substitute another person for the heir-institute or for the legatee, in the event of such heir or legatee not being able or willing to accept the inheritance or the legacy.
(2) Any such disposition is termed substitutio vulgaris.
