Cap. 16 Art. 694Erroneous designationof heir, legatee or thing disposed of.
Sub-title I
(1) If the person of the heir or of the legatee is erroneously designated, the testamentary disposition shall have effect, if the identity of the person whom the testator intended to designate is otherwise certain.
(2) The same rule shall apply where the thing forming the subject of the legacy shall have been erroneously indicated or described, if it is otherwise certain what thing the testator wished to dispose of.
