Cap. 16 Art. 683Institution of heir.

Any testamentary disposition, whether made under the designation of institution of heir, or under the designation of legacy, or under any other designation whatsoever, shall have effect, provided it be so expressed that the intention of the testator may be ascertained, and it be not contrary to the provisions of this Code.
