Cap. 16 Art. 658Delivery of secret wills.

(1) A secret will shall be delivered by the testator to a notary, or, in the presence of the judge or magistrate sitting in the court of voluntary jurisdiction, to the registrar of such court.

(2) The will shall be deemed to have been made on the day on which it is so delivered.
