Cap. 16 Art. 626Rights of children of persons disinherited.

(1) If the person disinherited has children or other descendants, the reserved portion of which such person has been deprived shall be due to them.

(2) In any such case the person disinherited shall not have over the reserved portion the usufruct or administration to which he may be entitled by law.
